Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations Made 14+ Days Prior to Arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee per reservation.

Cancellations Made 7–13 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the reservation cost will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee per reservation.

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: No refunds will be issued, and the full reservation cost will be charged.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and do not notify us, no refund will be issued, and the full reservation cost will be charged.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees:

The $25 cancellation fee is non-refundable and applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.

Additional fees (e.g., booking service fees, taxes, or surcharges) are non-refundable.

Camper Responsibility: Camping is at your own risk. Camp Kirwin isn’t liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage.

Kids: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Fires: no fire pits or rings at campsites. Please use large fire pit behind red building, check Phillips county for fire bans. 785.543.5234

Trash: Dispose of all trash properly. Keep sites clean. Please clean up before you leave!
Check-In/Out:
Self-check-in starts at 2:00 PM CDT
check-out by 12:00 PM CDT.

Pets: Friendly pets can wander free but must be cleaned up after. No aggressive animals.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise low for peaceful nights.

Respect the Park: Don’t vandalize park property. Violators will be charged for damages.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Follow the Law: Comply with Kansas laws.
